What you are good at
Job Description: Contribute to the technical direction and vision for the team in building middleware applications used by the Schwab services. Leading a team that will be building middleware applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, AngularJS 2.0 and distributed databases. Actively participating in product design and application development sessions. Collaborating with technology leaders and enterprise architects across Schwab Technology Services on product development, best practices and automation. Working in a fast-paced customer focused environment and ready to continuously learn and influence the latest technology practices. Design and Develop highly scalable full stack application using Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, AngularJS, MongoDB and PCF. Working with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to provide development sizing and cost analysis estimates. Collaborating with Product Owner and team members to define appropriately sized development stories, design features and prioritize tasks in Jira. Review the code developed by team members and make sure it is implemented as per the design and coding standards.
What you have
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or a related field and 6 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include:
- Software development and proficiency in Java programming language J2EE, Spring Framework, REST Web Services.
- AngularJS, Javascript, HTML5, Bootstrap CSS
- Maven, Gradle, GIT, Bamboo, BitBucket, Confluence, JIRA, PCF
- Distributed Databases
