What you are good at

 

Job Description: Develop reliable and secure microservices using Java, JEE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and API gateways. Develop single sign-on (SSO) and authentication solutions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards like OAuth 2, OpenId Connect, JWT, SAML, FIDO2. Design, develop and support Schwab’s online security platform and the systems and interfaces involved in end to end business and system flows. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the team on software development activities. Partner with platform and solution architects to build and maintain highly available and scalable applications. Support automation, availability, performance and resiliency of Online Security platform. Apply Agile methodologies and work with scrum masters and product owners to decompose stories, design features and prioritize tasks.

What you have

 

Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Material Science and Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Software design and development using Java, Spring, Web services, SpringBoot, API gateways, MongoDB, Cloud and enterprise architecture
  2. Identity and Access Management and application security and related technologies like OAuth2, OpenId Connect, JWT, SAML, FIDO 2 and cryptographic standards
  3. Automation using CI/CD tools and identifying and fixing security risks and performance bottlenecks
  4. Agile Sprint planning, daily scrum meetings and release guidelines for deployment
