Your Impact
In this exciting and newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing, promotional and pack strategy. The role will provide the ABNZ commercial team with recommendations that best utilise our trade investment to deliver profitable growth for ABNZ and our retailer partners.
Key responsibilities
- Annual price cycles, including strategic changes and execution in line with business strategy
- Support NPD price setting process reflecting strategic intent and price requirements
- Lead annual promotional planning process and implementation of portfolio guardrails based on depth and frequency
- Set, modify and track adherence to promotional guardrails linked to consumer brand ambition
- Drive visibility and transparency of price performance and tracking through adequate reporting of internal price and promotion levers
- Support in the maintenance of internal price setting including the recommendation of any potential enhancements
- Monitor category pricing and impact on ABNZ brands with recommendations on any changes which need to be implemented
- Build effective relationships with key business partners Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply chain
- Participate in Monthly IBP/cadence routines as appropriate for Revenue Management
About You
- Tertiary qualified
- 3+ years’ experience in similar analyst type roles
- High level Excel, comfortable presenter, experience in Nielsen /IRI / BI Finance preferable
- A strategic thinker
