A track record in stakeholder and community engagement positions, having successfully led and influenced initiatives to drive key aspects of a project/s (major infrastructure project experience highly advantageous).

Naturally confident, you’ll be adept at developing effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups, often in challenging, time pressured situations.

The ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of people.

Utilising your intuition and nous, you’ll be media savvy with a natural ability to identify positive opportunities and potential reputational issues, and to provide subsequent mitigation strategies.

You’ll possess exceptional verbal & written communication, public presentation and interpersonal skills aiding your ability to develop credibility and trust with stakeholders.

You’ll thrive in a high-pressure environment and deliver within tight deadlines.

If you have tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or the like and have experience working on large infrastructure projects in a highly regulated industry, this would be highly advantageous.
