Job Summary
In this role, the Stock Plan Administrator will report to the Sr. Manager, Stock Administrator and be responsible for the processing of equity transactions. This includes the maintenance of the equity database.
Job Requirements
- • Ensure that equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
• Prepare and process new equity awards, option exercises, terminations and releases on a timely basis for employees and other participants.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting to Payroll when applicable
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful audits
• Maintain daily record-keeping of equity data and ensure quality control of the record-keeping system
• Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required
• Generate ad-hoc reports for Finance, Payroll, People and Legal
• Communicate plan provisions to employees and resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate
• Maintain and update documents defining procedures for plan administration
• Assist with education support for equity.
• Prepare reports for business partners and respond to ad-hoc data requests on a timely basis.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in stock administration for a U.S. company preferred, or similar relevant experience, with both private and public companies
• Proficient in Excel
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining
• Experience with E*TRADE.
• Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse group of individuals including various levels of management
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to worke.
