SUPPLIER MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

My name is Karolis Ramoška and I am leading Operations team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

I am currently looking for a Supplier Master Data Specialist as a great team player, professional and motivated individual who is looking forward to new challenges.

Your next challenge?

I am looking for team members in Vilnius to strengthen our Supplier Master Data team through cross-country collaboration. To excel in this role, you need to be analytical thinker, have very high attention to details, be motivated by challenges and new opportunities, have exceptional communication skills and preferably have previous experience in the field. You will also need to master cross-country collaboration challenges and participate in building a service-oriented team to deliver on expectations, in time with quality and expected business results. As a Supplier Master Data Specialist, you will contribute to the company’s department by continue and develop the supplier master data area and strive to improve existing processes.

The Team You Will Be Part of Is Responsible

  • Support to the business with the supplier master data queries.
  • Contribute in change processes, driving continuous improvement through process-teams and projects;
  • Actively work with stakeholders to understand their need and expectations;
  • Manage and lead service improvements related to the field;
  • Report progress and escalate issues/challenges;
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way;
  • Contribute to overall sourcing and procurement performance and transformation.

Who are you?

We Are Looking for Professionals Who

  • Have excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equal knowledge.
  • Experience from SAP or other large ERP system is preferable.
  • Are a real team player and have a teamwork attitude;
  • Can handle multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Have experience from working in international environment and/or already demonstrated your skills in similar role;
  • Are creative and innovative, have a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
  • Have a great collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in working with Microsoft Software package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.);
  • Are ready for new opportunities and challenges!
