As a Supply Chain OSR Coordinator for our Cinderford site, you will
be responsible for:
- Ensuring OSR (Out Side Refinery) shipments meet the contractual parameters and agreed monthly schedule, providing associated documentation to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Managing the generation and tracking of TFS Notifications.
- Liaising with production team and shipping agents to ensure that OSR shipments are prepared as per documentation and are available for scheduled collections.
- Maintaining associated SAP and computer system records / documentation.
- Reviewing sampled stock levels on a daily basis to compile and maximise OSR shipments and minimise site inventory (NOI).
- Undertaking regular cycle counts to ensure that the physical inventory agrees with the stock record on the SAP database, investigating discrepancies and take corrective actions if required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You possess at least a HNC in Chemistry and you have experience working in a supply chain environment. Working within the waste and logistics sector is desirable.
- Good literacy and mathematical skills essential.
- You have excellent knowledge of Office applications, in particular Excel, Word & e-mail with a minimum ECDL or CLAiT level 1 qualification.
- You communicate and negotiate effectively.
