Responsibilities
- Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data
- Analyzes inventory levels, schedules and allocations of manufactured, purchased, and furnished materials by integrating bills of material, master schedules, and rework/repair requirements
- Conducts fact-finding of historical records and change to bill of material to provide cost and/or price information with cross-functional teams, management, customers and Government audit documentation
- Monitors and researches inventory financial reports for anomalies in costs and misaligned Work Breakdown Structure elements, inventory accuracy adjustments and scrappage transactions in Inventory Systems.
- Liaison for multi-functional organizations for Material Management and Compliance; such as contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, operations, traffic, and warehousing
- Provide input with process improvements and develop procedures
- Interact with Company and Government Compliance auditors
Requirements
Qualifications

- Moderate Computer Knowledge-Skills, MS Office Suite and SAP
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills / ability to Multi-Task
- Understanding of bill of materials, inventory, build process and financials
- Able to understand dFARS and Government Compliance requirements
Education Requirement

- Associates degree, or higher, in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management OR minimum of 1-2 years experience with no degree.
