Support Engr Operating Mgr

Manages the employees in Field Svc Engineer and Service Tech Families to ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration and support of customers’ (Keysight and/or non-Keysight) products (owned, leased or rented) and/or systems. Understands and meets customer needs through the creation of services, the provision of effective delivery processes, and ongoing support. Builds partnerships with other support organizations to ensure a profitable revenue growth, optimizing customer satisfaction.

  • Manages supervisors and/ or employees responsible for design/ implementation of support engineering programs/ processes
  • Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects
  • Develops, implements solutions to department issues
  • Is accountable for meeting P&L targets

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
  • Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
