Kawasaki Robotics (USA) Inc. is seeking a full time System Administrator The individual will be engaged in administration of Information technology. This position will report to the IS/IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 1 and 2 End User Support utilizing a Help Desk System supporting End User Devices such as PCs (Windows 8 – 10), Printers, and Mobile Devices

* Installing, Support and Maintenance of Windows Workstations

* Business System Support – Provide Level 1 Support for business application including ERP, SharePoint, CRM, Phone and E-mail.

* Perform other duties, as necessary.

 

Work Hours: Monday-Friday (12 PM – 9PM) – Must be flexible to work additional hours as necessary or adjust your schedule to work 8 AM – 5 PM for training or other circumstances. Some travel might be necessary to remote offices (10%). This position is NOT remote and requires you to be in the office.

Required:

At least 1 year of experience supporting 50+ users.

Microsoft Server Technologies

Windows 10 Desktop Support

Associate degree

Cisco Certification

Office 365

Cisco Phone System Support

Hyper-V

VMware

UTM Firewall Technologies

IT Security
