Arista Networks is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide pre-sales technical systems engineering support and technical expertise to Enterprise customers, Managed Service Providers and partners focused on Enterprise Campus (Wired and Wireless).

Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales technical leadership and expert guidance to Arista Networks customers and partners focused on Arista’s Campus-Access offering.
Work in-depth and hands-on with the customer and POC teams to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features
Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support
Provide direct feedback to product management and engineering, engage in the product development process
Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
Author whitepapers and articles on technology and products
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas: Enterprise WiFi, Firewalls, Remote Access (VPN), Cloud network management tools, Ethernet, RSTP/ MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and EVPN
Experience building RF plans using Ekahau Pro or equivalent
Expert level knowledge of industry-standard router & switch CLI
Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services
Knowledge of scripting and programming languages: bash, python or go.
Ability to write white papers a plus
ACE, CCIE and/or CWNA certification a plus
