What we’re looking for:
A strategic and hands on role, the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will provide critical support to our Recruiting team! This role is essential in executing our operational initiatives and will provide outstanding customer service to our customers, internal and external.
You will work with TA Leadership, business leaders, Human Resources leadership, and recruiting professionals around the globe to implement and drive key components of the insights strategy and enable the enterprise to make critical talent decisions based on insights generated through research & data.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with TA delivery leaders to deliver analytics, metrics, and industry standard methodologies to resolve possible areas for improvement in the recruitment program; Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients. Collect historical data for use in forecasting and leadership recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of the technology and systems and make recommendations on enhancements to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
- Be comfortable with the data and projects; running reports (some ad-hoc) will be at least a weekly task.
- Use multiple capabilities including technology, data, research and analytical insights to influence and drive enterprise talent strategies and recruiting attraction efforts.
- Apply your expertise in quantitative & qualitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers, identify trends and opportunities, and influence strategies with data-based insights.
- Support the Recruiting experience and Operations team with the creation of and execution of recruiting programs, campaigns, outreach strategies, training and operational compliance programs.
- Partner with various teams within the broader HR and various businesses at the country & regional level to ensure all processes are aligned as per the Recruiting & Workforce Strategies.
- Enhance Candidate experience through process excellence. Partner closely with the geo delivery teams in driving process excellence to ensure consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Take the lead on GEO participation on projects being run by the operations program team – Including UAT, training, roll out communications etc.
- Lead Global Compliance Programs; Work with Legal and compliance teams tocraftn regular audits and controls to ensure that all TA processes are in compliance with regulations. Work with regional operational leads to ensure consistency in processes across GEOs.
- Partner with D&I team to align compliance initiatives with D&I goals and best practices.
- Work closely with HRBI team to develop compliance dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or operations. Knowledge of recruitment tools and processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Great analytical skills and the ability to look for measurable data in the process
- Track record of driving business results with the ability to identify risks/issues, analyze data, assess implications, formulate recommendations, and influence outcomes required
- Must be able to handle different projects at the same time; meet deadlines and be able to respond to quick, fast action.
- Experience with recruitment systems like Workday, Yello or equivalent
- Knowledge of global and regional hiring regulations and policies (for example, OFCCP) with experience in deploying and monitoring processes for compliance
