We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who speaks fluent French or German. This permanent role to join our success inhouse Talent Accquisition team, reporting to the TA Manager, Europe.
The role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be working in our highly successful small team, recruiting across EMEA. You will cover the full 360 recruitment role, taking responsibility for all direct headhunting and sourcing, dealing with stakeholders, interviewing and the whole candidate experience from start to finish. Able to work under pressure, you will manage approximately 20 roles of you to own through to completion. These will be in areas such as Sales, Clinical Applications, Service Engineers and support functions.
The successful candidate must be a seasoned, self-sufficient, in house Recruiter who speaks fluent French or German as you will need to conduct interviews and source candidates directly. You will have a strong, demonstrable background recruiting, ideally in the medical devices sector, and should have a strong emphasis towards the candidate journey.
