We are now looking for a highly energised and passionate TMOD Lead to join us on the journey.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Play a leading role in Talent Management & Organization Development (TMOD) through proactively
developing solutions that enhance organisational and people capabilities, in line with business goals and strategic objectives by;
• partnering with HRBPs, aligning TMOD strategy with business strategy
• facilitating the Organisation and Talent Review (OTR)
• contributing to the development of a country/regional TMOD strategy.
• implementing and adapting global/ regional TMOD strategy to meet local needs
• identifying, assessing and developing critical, leadership and future talent
• leveraging organisational data to inform business decisions and identify needs for organisational interventions, e.g. change engagement, team effectiveness sessions, organisational design or workforce planning and strategy
• defining, designing , implementing and managing talent and leadership development programmes to build a strong talent pipeline to support continuous business growth
• leading various talent and OD projects/ programs including engagement surveys, leadership development interventions, culture transformation, capability building, change management and team effectiveness
