As a Team Leader-Channel Management, you will be entirely responsible to manage end to end channel management for assigned territory. With the help of team, you are required to focus on achieving sales and profitability in speculated timelines by managing the Channel partners of the assigned region.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Manages and develops a healthy network (right mix of capabilities) of Channel Partners by conducting a performance and capability analysis to achieve growth
Responsible for driving payment collections from CPs while working in tandem with the sales team
Responsible for management of accounts receivables
Responsible for organising training and promotional activities for channel partners
Manage potential channel conflict with other partners by fostering transparent communication internally and externally while adhering strictly to organisational rules of channel engagement
Evaluate Channel partners on their credit worthiness, technical capability and stock
Managing a team of Sales Co-ordinators with Key responsibilities of
Order booking
Channel Support
MIS generation and sharing with the stakeholders
AR sharing
Collection follow-up
Responsible for team management & performance monitoring and review of the team
To identify training needs of the team in-line with the business sales objectives.
Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
B.E. in any stream. MBA degree will be an added advantage.
Achievement & Experience
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Channel Partner / System integrator management role.
Experience in Industrial Automation domain will be an added advantage
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
