Task and duty
1. Operation
Understand utilities/ facilities operation procedure Perform regular utilities/ facilities equipment operation/ monitoring and support to meet production target. Perform record daily start up, inspection, monitoring and operation check list with GDP (Good Document Practice) compliance.
2. Maintenance
Perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance according to task and plan. Assist supervisor to develop or improve maintenance strategy to maintain high efficacy of equipment and reduce maintenance cost. Perform trouble shooting and fix the equipment breakdown.
3. Support in Lean Maintenance Program to achieve/ maintain the maturity level as plant target.
4. Lean Energy
Perform monitoring, record and analysis daily energy usage and able to identify the issue or any circumstance that impact to energy usage performance. Perform initiate idea or support for energy reduction program and meet plant target. Be a part of LEP committee and follow the LEP requirement.
5. EHS
Follow the safety cardinal rule. Perform periodical review/ update environment impact assessment and safety risk assessment. Provide safety risk control (risk assessment, JSA, etc.) before task commencing. Perform incident investigation as necessary and root cause analysis to avoid any incident case reoccurrence.
Education and/or Experience. Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
N/A: Intern or Co-op
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or related field
Required; Min 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities related jobs (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects); or in building maintenance related jobs (Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry and Pest Control) or Boiler Man with hands-on knowledge on steam boiler and plant facilities operations.
