Position Summary
The role of a B2B TAM is to become the technical subject matter expert in Samsung B2B solutions – in particular Samsung Knox and Android. The TAM will be expected develop propositions in key industry verticals which consists of Samsung hardware, B2B products and services + partner solutions and evangelising these vertical propositions to local subsidiaries and customers to drive Samsung software & service sales and awareness.
Key skills required include:
Samsung mobile B2B familiarity; Technical knowledge in various industry MDMs, UEMs & EMMs; Ability to understand the end-to-end solution; Ability to quickly assess Enterprise IT & Mobility environments; Ability to train and demonstrate to internal teams and customers – be the trusted partner; Focus on customer issue troubleshooting and contributing to successful solution delivery.
Please note that after the pandemic this role will require international travel approx. 15-20% of the time.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
The main tasks you are expected to perform include, but are not limited to:

Champion your assigned industry vertical and architect B2B propositions consisting of Samsung hardware, B2B products and services + partner solutions

Make sure you keep up-to-date with the latest Samsung B2B products and technologies

Serve as a principal technical liaison between HQ product management and R&D teams

Gather local vertical trends and critical product issues making sure local feature enhancement requests are addressed and influenced into product roadmap

Provide technical training and hands-on demonstrations to the internal teams and customers.

Support Key Account Managers with sales opportunities and drive Samsung solution and services sales

Running proof of concepts. Providing direct support to customers during pre-sales and rollout phase

Create technical product documentations, knowledge base and guides for internal and external audiences

Troubleshooting customer issues and providing 1st & 2nd line support to local subsidiaries and customers

To be successful in this role you ideally:

Understand product management and have experience in vertical industries such as Healthcare, Education, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics

Have a good technical understanding and experience in various MDMs, UEMs and EMMs

University degree in engineering or a related discipline (or an equivalent period of industrial experience).

Disciplined in running projects and the ability to manage multiple projects

Must be technically hands-on and able to provide live demonstrations of products

Good communication and presentation skills

Experience of working in matrix teams across different cultures and time-zones
-
Good underlying knowledge of Android and Samsung Knox is an advantage
-
Understand and interpret an organisation’s appetite to risk when proposing solutions
-
Must be a committed, driven and quick-learning team player
-
EU language(s) desirable
