Located in Albany – Auckland, this expanding international organization has created an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service expert who is passionate about not only our products but providing the ultimate service and solutions for our customers.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to all incoming and outgoing communication efficiently from retailers & consumers through various channels and platforms such as, phone, email and B2B
- Provide appropriate technical assistance and solutions based on incoming requests
- Assist in regular updating and maintenance of B2B platform
- Assist in the achievement of all sales targets
- Maintaining and building relationships with our dealers and sales reps
- Communicate current offers and maximize on sales opportunities
- Assist with warranty claims and requests
- Highlight any product concerns to supervisor
To be considered for this position we would envisage you would meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- In depth technical knowledge of Shimano product lines
- Retail/wholesale experience within the bike industry
- Dedicated team player with initiative
- Motivated hard worker
- Passionate cycling enthusiast (desirable)
- Computer literate
