Technician apprentice Bac + 3 (EL) M / F

The Biarritz establishment with its workforce of 900 people specializes in the manufacture of composite elements and its main missions are the industrialization and assembly of complex structures such as:
– the fuselages of all Falcons,
– the central and rear fuselages of the Rafale,
– the control surfaces of the Rafale.

As part of its production activities, the Central Industrialization and Methods department offers a “Methods Technician” apprenticeship contract, as part of the preparation of a license in the design and implementation of composite or equivalent materials.

you will have for missions the following activities:

– Industrialization of composite parts
– Monitoring of the production of composite parts
– Summary and feedback for improvement of industrialization ranges 
– Participation in the continuous improvement of work within the department.

The function gives rise to trips within the establishment for all relations with the production, control, studies, logistics and supply departments.

This position will allow you to acquire the skills necessary for the profession of Methods Technician, to understand teamwork and to know the basic elements of technology, manufacturing,
aircraft operation and mastery of CAD / CAM tools.
