Temporary Material Handlers – 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

  • Safe and efficient operation material handling equipment to include lift trucks, pallet jacks and electric battery handling equipment.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts I, II, and III at the need for the business
  • Effective and accurate operation of automated warehouse management software controls, inventory scanning and management tools.
  • Perform product transfer operations, finished good pallet load/unload from packaging to the cooler.
  • Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers, following internal/external requirements.
  • Load refrigerated trailers in accordance with customer specifications.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….

  • 3 years demonstrated experience operating a lift truck.
  • Experience in warehouse operations in a shipping/receiving role. Food manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, and humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
  • The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50-pounds independently throughout the shift and/or move up to 100 lbs. with assistance as needed.
  • Shift flexibility. This is a hands-on role for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Our equipment operators are assigned to a department in support of company customer orders, re-supply and demand planning.
