Work closely with Product Manager, other function team(ME/EE/Layout…), customer (OEM), and supplier for avoiding risk and achieving project goal.
Role will require the use of Pro/E for CAD, and Flotherm for thermal simulation.
Execute thermocouple placement for thermal verification.
Developing new technologies and concepts in thermal design.
At least 3~10 years of work experience in thermal design relative, and ODM is preferred.
System level understanding of computing technologies. Knowledge in thermal-acoustic engineering materials, product development and mass production manufacturing processes/capabilities, thermal evaluation (Flotherm simulation).
Component level understanding of thermal parts (module/fan/heat pipe), include design process, capability evaluating, and design limitation.
Have strong communication/presentation skills, and positive attitude for problem solving.
Ability to organize and manage 2~3 team members is preferred.
