What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated, individual to help us grow our cash management products as well as other bank products to prospective clients.
What will your day look like? You will be:
- Providing Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) with pre-call research, developing proposals, and preparing post-sales customer documentation.
- Serving as a liaison between the customer, the sales officer, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience.
- Responsible for having a strong knowledge of the portfolio to successfully analyze decisions made for the client.
- Providing sales backup for the TMOs; may conduct joint sales calls.
- Assisting with other duties from time to time.
We want someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree and some experience with cash management products, bank products, sales, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and PC skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work with SRAs and clients.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software, especially Word and Excel.
