Roles and Responsibilities

Understand Daimler Trucks & Busses EE Network Architecture and topologies
Data Analysis using CAN Trace
Strengthen EE Network design competence at MBRDI
Discuss and implement network design requirement with various system owners in various domains like Body Electronics, ADAS, Powertrain etc.,
Analyse the impact of change in signals, frames , properties on the network characteristics (Ex. Busload, message latency) Take decisions to implement the network requirement after discussion with all the impacted stake holders (Ex. System Owners, SW developers, etc.,)

Mandatory

Solid know-how of EE Network Architecture.
Programming using Python/Perl
Data Analytics
Experience in designing EE network
Experience in working with Autosar BSW tool chain (Vector Davinci, Electrobit Tresos)
Experience in usage of vector tool chain like CANoe, CANalyzer
Hands on experience using protocols like CAN/CAN-FD/Flexray/Automotive Ethernet
Good understanding of Signal frame mapping and message structure, various types of transmit frames – periodic, event based
Good analytical skills in network timing analysis, busload and message latency on network
Good understanding of Autosar concepts (COM Stack, Diagnostics)
Good understanding of Application SW Architecture using Autosar concepts
