Basic Job Functions:

  • Accurately invoice and bill TrueCore internal and external customers.
  • Perform all credit and collections tasks in the most efficient manner.
  • Research and resolve all billing discrepancies.
  • Complete month end intercompany reporting related to sales and inventory.
  • Coordinate document retention and all responses to internal and external audits and Corporate Reports.
  • File all sales and use tax returns timely and reconcile to the general ledger.
  • Assist departments needing financial information.
  • Assist with the coordination of closing the books each fiscal month-end.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll as needed in resolving problems and ensuring accurate recording and reporting of information.
  • Locate and analyze anomalies in the financial statements, NetSuite.
  • Prepare spreadsheet analyses and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller or Senior Accountant.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred.
  • Accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Based ERP System a plus
