Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Visualization Specialist for our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Visualization Specialist position is responsible for coordinating visualization requests outsourced to third party vendors. This role will maintain the operational health of global visual services, adherence to established budgets, policies, procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with key company and client goals. This role performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, update documentation, and track projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements. This role will also assist with negotiating pricing to meet the budget, evaluating vendor performance, executing training, and assisting Project Managers where needed.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Oversee the production of the Marketing Visualization Services (3D exterior renderings, special requests, etc.)
Manages workflow to meet production deadlines following high product standards
Reviewing and proofing artwork
Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflow and spending on vendor services and approve vendor invoices

Do you have these qualifications?
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of: Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, 3DS Max or equivalent software, Microsoft Office
Preferred:
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art, or Interior Design
