Digital Solutions is a rapidly growing, strategic business within FT. We are looking for a VP Digital Retirement Solutions in our Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions team. In this role, you will play an essential role as product leader in helping our team develop digital retirement solutions for our retail clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Financial Advisor with expertise in Retirement Planning, along with Digital Transformation / Fintech experience.
What are the responsibilities?
- This role will act as the product leader for enabling digital retirement solutions
- You will collaborate in the development of digital retirement products and help drive our solutions.
- Your will lead the deployment of these product through the digital ecosystem developed by FT and its partners.
- You will collaborate with Client Portfolio Managers, Investment Research, Digital Products, Technology, Digital Wealth and Legal/Compliance and Distribution to bring our capabilities to market.
- You will be responsible for the features of our digital products as well the time to market of those capabilities.
- You will lead the effort to bring FT thought leadership to the market, which is an essential part of this role.
- This position will be located in one of our offices located in San Mateo (CA), San Ramon (CA), or New York City.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- 8+ years of professional experience in the areas of Financial Advisory with expertise in Retirement Planning and Digital Transformation / Fintech experience.
- Experience as Financial Advisor or Investment Manager in Wealth Management set up. Specific experience in managing retirement advice is highly desired.
- Experience in Digital Fintech product management is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA with Systems/Statistics/Decision Science is preferable
- CFP/CFA/RMA or related certifications to demonstrate Financial Planning background
