TTI is currently seeking a Warehouse Customer Service to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the DC Transport, Systems and CS Mgr, your key duties will include:

  • Provide professional and prompt friendly service to all stakeholders
  • Provide a seamless communication experience between Service Providers and Techtronic Industries Pty Limited
  • Establish and develop professional customer relationships
  • Become familiar with Techtronic Industries products
  • Become familiar with the processes utilised by the Warehouse Team and provide information to support the resolution of Customer Experience issues
  • Liaison with transport organisations to resolve issues to minimise the service impact to our customers

 

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and continuous improvement with respect to receiving activities
  • Experience in documenting processes and procedures
  • 2 years plus experience using the SAP WM module (preferred) or a similar complex WMS system
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM (essential)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (desired)
