Working with TTI IT Enterprise Applications team to deliver best practice WMS system solutions that match TTI customer business requirements. The position should be focused on understanding end-to-end business processes, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to ensure overall smooth systems and efficient operations.
TTI is currently seeking a WMS Support Analyst to join our team in Rowville, Victoria or Eastern Creek, NSW. Reporting to the WMS Lead, your key duties will include:
Key duties
-Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) WMS support for systems used within TTI’s operations across Australia and New Zealand
-Maintain and support the WMS environment including resolving support incidents/issues
-Interact and liaise with 3rd party software vendors and other Applications team members when required
-Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, deliver functional solutions to meet business requirements whilst adhering to Enterprise Applications change control processes and drive delivery of solutions in line with best business practice.
-Assist/control system & UAT testing requirements during implementation of system changes, support upgrades or other system changes which may affect the WMS Platform
-Maintain all facets of system documentation including solution design, processes, work instructions, test documents and other related documents
-Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
-Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
-Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
-Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
-Provide feedback to direct manager on any issues or concerns relating to systems and process. All design documentation and scope changes to be signed off and reviewed by direct Manager.
-Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to other business resources
-Ability to work across small to medium projects and across helpdesk calls.
-Must be open to travel
Skills & qualifications
-Minimum four 4 years of WMS experience in implementation, BAU support and Projects
-Experience with SAP ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Microlistics WMS or any other WMS).
-Knowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
-Committed, self-motivated and excellent attention to detail
-Strong verbal and written skills.
-Presentation and training skills required.
-Comfortable communicating and dealing with all levels of business personnel
-Excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills
-Exposure to the retail industry highly regarded
-An ability to work collaboratively in a project environment
-Must be proactive with ability to think ahead, to be a team player and focused on meeting deadlines
-Demonstrate participation in project environments/ projects.
