Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal consultants and the client
  • Business analysis representing multiple area(s) of functional expertise e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, etc.
  • Partner with the client to identify requirements, understand enhancement opportunities, and improve process efficiency within the Workday functionality
  • Support the tenant migration, enhancement, and release management processes
  • Provide recommendations of best practices that meet the client’s needs/requirements
  • Take direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project
  • Support colleagues in both Workday and consulting aspects
  • Serve as the first level of escalation for small groups of consultants who need assistance
  • Work according to the assigned priorities to ensure client’s service level agreements are met
  • Coordinate with consultants from around the world
  • Provide thorough documentation of enhancements/changes made to client’s Workday environment
  • Participate in internal initiatives and help the team progress to a new level
  • Contribute and provide feedback to cultivate an environment that is both inclusive and thriving

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years ERP or SaaS HCM implementation and update experience
  • Workday Certified required. Multiple certifications preferred (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance)
  • Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as to external Clients including the executive level
  • Practical experience gained on HR data migration and/or integrations projects (e.g. during “to Cloud” transformation projects)
  • Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
  • Fluent speaker of the English language
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of Excel

Additional expectations

  • Limited need for travel, up to 10%
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
